Doreen Wandera Kabasindi is a graduate of management with a Master of Science in Agriculture. She has a wealth of experience of over 15 years accumulated in service from various capacities in diverse areas such as public health, natural resource management, agriculture, environmental management and numerous development programmes.
She has a rich background working with international organizations, especially UN bodies, local and international NGOs, CBOs and government, with a proven track record in fundraising and managing several large donor funds, strategic planning and organizational/human resource management.
Ritah Najjemba is an Office Administration Specialist with a degree in Secretarial Studies and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. She has a passion for efficient office day to day running and administration with the ultimate aim of complimenting other programme functions, in ensuring proper operations and service delivery. Ritah has over 3 years professional experience and knowledge in office administration and management, information organization, personnel and organization management, good public relation.
Rehema Aanyu holds a Masters degree in Peace and Conflict Transformation from University of Basel, Switzerland and a Bachelors Degree in Communication Skills from Makerere University. She has eight years work experience in the field of journalism, advocacy, communication and documentation. Rehema has worked previously as a journalist with the New Vision newspaper for four years before moving for a year in Kenya under the Fredskorpset young professionals' exchange program working with a community-based organization documenting environmental degradation and best practices. For the past four years she has worked with a number of NGOs in Uganda, Kenya and Switzerland advocating for the right to quality healthcare, education and the active inclusion of young people in governance to mention but a few. She is passionately driven by the need to use her professional and personal competences to contribute to sustainable and transformative change in the communities she lives and works in. She brings a wealth of experience to the network.
Josephine Mugala is graduate with Bachelor degree in civil engineering from the Makerere University and a post graduate diploma in Project Planning and Management from the Uganda Management Institute
She is an experienced engineer in the field of Construction Supervision and design of water supply systems and has great knowledge in the use of engineering software like AUTOCAD, SEWER-CAD, WATER-CAD, EPANET that are used for water supply network modeling.
Joy Ajok has been with UWASNET since 2010 and takes great pride in ensuring optimal work conditions for all of the staff.
